Our scouting activities involve searching for companies that specialise in the design, sale, installation, or maintenance of heat generation, refrigeration, or ventilation systems, and evaluating potential synergies with other companies that are already part of the group.

Newly acquired companies are consolidated according to schedules and methods arranged with local management, in order to ensure a sustainable transition and the involvement of all the resources involved in the project.

We use our local sales force to implement our sales strategies and exploit the complementary natures of the different acquired companies to promote a wide range of products and services in order to provide end customers with a turnkey service.

Measuring KPIs and performances in real time allows us, day after day, to act and respond quickly to feedback from the local branches.
