Pescarolo ed Uniti (CR), September 3rd, 2025 – Lindbergh S.p.A. (EGM: LDB), a Group providing services in the MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations), HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), and Circular Economy sectors, announces that today it has closed the acquisition of Termotecnica Monzese Srl, as previously disclosed in the press release dated July 7th, 2025.
The transaction, carried out through the subsidiary SMIT Srl, concerns the purchase of 100% of Termotecnica Monzese Srl, a long-established company based in the province of Monza and Brianza.
As stated in the press release dated July 7th, 2025, today a cash payment of €330,000 was made, in addition to the €70,000 already paid as a deposit at the time of signing the preliminary agreement. The remaining amount, equal to €600,000, plus an estimated NFP of €80,000 (the final value of which will be disclosed in a dedicated press release), will be paid in 8 semi-annual instalments starting from February 28th, 2026.
It should be noted that the transaction is not considered significant pursuant to Article 12 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers’ Regulations.
