Pescarolo ed Uniti (CR), July 2nd, 2026 – Lindbergh S.p.A. (EGM: LDB), a Group providing services in the MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations), HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), and Circular Economy sectors, announces that it has been selected among the one hundred companies listed on Borsa Italiana that make up the Intermonte Valore Italia index, an index dedicated to SMEs with a market capitalization of less than one billion euros and not included in the FTSE MIB.
Intermonte Valore Italia was created with the objective of enhancing the value of the universe of listed Italian SMEs. The companies included in the Index were selected based on compliance with strict technical and financial criteria – aimed at ensuring adequate levels of liquidity, transparency, and investability – including minimum free float, governance standards, analyst coverage, financial sustainability, and debt levels.
The Intermonte Valore Italia index is part of PMI2Change, an innovative project by Banca Generali presented on July 1st, 2026, within the setting of Palazzo Mezzanotte at Borsa Italiana. PMI2Change aims to support the growth and competitiveness journey of Italian entrepreneurs by fostering the development of national listed SMEs.
Banca Generali, together with Investlinx and Intermonte, has presented a new actively managed, PIR-compliant ETF that will primarily invest in the pool of companies defined by the Index itself.
The expected initial capital raising will be €100 million in the first few months, with a gradual growth in exposure to reach €500 million in the medium term.
