The new transaction in the HVAC sector will enable SMIT to enter Piedmont region, consolidating its position in northern Italy.
Pescarolo ed Uniti (CR), October 6th, 2025 – Lindbergh S.p.A. (EGM:LDB), a Group providing services in the fields of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations), HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) and Circular Economy, announces that, through its subsidiary SMIT Srl, it has signed a binding agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of ALPICLIMA DI GIUSEPPE CAMAGLIO & C. S.R.L. (hereinafter “Alpiclima”), a Piedmont-based company operating in the installation and maintenance of civil and industrial heating and air conditioning systems, as well as water treatment systems.
The closing is scheduled to take place by November 15th, 2025.
