LINDBERGH S.P.A.: the Board approves the consolidated half yearly report as at 30 June 2024

THE BUSINESS DIFFERENTIATION STRATEGY DRIVES THE RESULTS OF THE GROUP, WHICH GREW IN DOUBLE DIGIT IN THE FIRST HALF-YEAR PERIOD.

REVENUES (+19%), TOWED BY THE NEW HVAC SECTOR BUSINESS LINE, EBITDA (+18%) AND NET RESULT +12%

  • Total consolidated Revenue: €15.61 million, up +19%, compared to €13.15 million as at 30 June 2023
  • EBITDA: €2.1 million (+18%) equal to 13.5% of EBITDA margin, compared to €1.8 million amounting to 13.8% of EBITDA margin in the first half of 2023
  • EBIT: €1.22 million (+19%), compared to €1.03 million in the first half of 2023
  • Net six-monthly results: €847 thousand (+12%), compared to €757 thousand in the first half of 2023
  • Net Financial Debt: liability (debt) amounting to €4.9 million, compared to €3.79 million as at 31 December 2023

Pescarolo ed Uniti (CR), 23 September 2024 – The Board of Directors of Lindbergh S.p.A., a group active in the MRO (Maintenance Repair and Operations) sector in Italy and France offering services, logistics for technical assistance networks in the Waste Management – Circular Economy sector and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) sector, today examined and approved the consolidated, half-yearly financial report as at 30 June 2024, subjected to limited auditing, drafted based on IAS-IFRS accounting standards, and pursuant to the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers Regulation, and in compliance with IFRS international accounting standards.

The consolidated data of the Lindbergh Group as at 30 June 2024 are drawn up applying the IAS/IFRS international accounting standards (as per resolution of 30 March 2022 on the application of international accounting standards, see press release of that date). These data are compared to the consolidated data of the Group as at 30 June 2023 also drawn up applying IAS/IFRS international accounting standards.
