GATTI ERMANNO WILL FULLY ACQUIRE A LOCAL COMPETITOR IN THE MACERATA TERRITORY
Pescarolo ed Uniti (CR), September 29th, 2025 – Lindbergh S.p.A. (EGM: LDB), a Group providing services in the MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations), HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), and Circular Economy sectors, announces that the signature of a preliminary agreement for the acquisition of 100% of Salvucci Maurizio e C. SNC, a competing company operating in the same area as Gatti Ermanno Srl – already part of the SMIT group (owned by Lindbergh) – through which the transaction will be completed. With over thirty years of experience, Salvucci Maurizio specializes in the maintenance, servicing, and installation of boilers and air conditioners, primarily for private customers.
The transaction is fully consistent with the SMIT Group’s development plan and will be completed through its subsidiary Gatti Ermanno Srl, with the short-term objective of incorporating the acquired company and managing a broader territory and customer base through a single operating entity. The target company currently employs 10 service technicians and 4 back-office staff.
As of December 31st, 2024, Salvucci Maurizio Snc reported revenues of €996 thousand and an adjusted EBITDA of €160 thousand (EBITDA of €216 thousand).
